In 1965 my father Stefano, bought out his uncle’s olive mill, decided to deal with olive oil extraction in order to provide a service for farmers in the area gaining considerable expertise and experience.
In 1990, finished agriculture studies, I dedicated myself to our olive mill, giving it new energy useful to approach the market , and to olive oil creating the brand “Bonamini” and launching the first bottles of extra virgin olive oil. Our philosophy is to keep close ties with our country, its traditions and environment.
Knowledge of the past is for us the basis of all the choices and the progress that has been made over the years by our company; our first aim is and will be producing very high quality Veneto extra virgin olive oil.
In 1996 Bonamini’s olive mill was one of the founders for the CONSORZIO DI TUTELA DELL’OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DEL VENETO (Consortium for the Protection of Extra virgin olive oil from Veneto) which is active in promoting and safeguarding the oil produced in the region.
