A selection of porcini testa rossa and testa bianca, gallinacci, and funghi di muschio are picked when they are fresh and controlled one by one. Dressed with wine vinegar, herbs and salt and then are served in olive oil.
Excellent on canapés or pizza and any row or cooked dish.
Preservation: After use cover the mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil and store in refrigerator
