The early olives harvested are preserved in brine for months and then roughly ground and put in glass jars in Bonamini extra virgin olive oil.
Excellent on canapés, on sandwiches and, adding some olive oil, as a sauce for pasta dishes. Ideal to flavour meat or fish dishes.
Preservation: After use cover the paste with extra virgin olive oil
