Tomatoes, harvested from July to September, are manually selected in order to eliminate faulty fruits. Cut, salted and dried in the sun on a special grill and then and stored in glass jars in Bonamini extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and oregano.
Excellent on salads, pasta, meat dishes.
Preservation: After use cover the tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil
